We will explore the diverse business industry in some units and we will analyse the world of business in depth.

If you decide to study the Professional Chef’s course, you will learn all of the basic skills necessary for gaining employment as a professional chef or food and beverage manager.

You will develop your abilities in:

The complex skills required for the preparation and cooking of meat and fish, hot and cold sauces, vegetables, vegetarian dishes, and fresh egg pasta
