Throughout the course, you will explore a range of festive bakes and techniques, including:
Preparing and baking a traditional Christmas cake
Gingerbread dough, shaping and creative decoration
Classic mince pies with homemade fillings
Festive pastries and seasonal treats
Finishing techniques, presentation, and safe food handling
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this course. A passion for baking and an interest in festive food is all you need. All skill levels are welcome.
