This course highlights the key aspects and employability features essential for success in the hospitality industry. Participants will focus on developing critical skills such as confidence, resilience, effective communication, and teamwork—all of which are vital for navigating the dynamic and customer-focused environment of hospitality. Progression

Upon completing this session, participants will have the opportunity to progress onto an Entry Level or Level 1 accredited qualification in Hospitality or Professional Cookery. These qualifications provide a strong foundation for individuals aspiring to work in the dynamic hospitality industry. The courses cover essential skills such as customer service, food preparation, kitchen safety, and basic culinary techniques, along with an introduction to the standards and practices of the hospitality sector. Ideal for beginners, these programs pave the way for further education, apprenticeships, or entry-level roles in hotels, restaurants, catering, and other hospitality environments.

In order to complete this course, students require a minimum of Entry 3 in English.
