In this course, you will focus on developing the core employability skills necessary to succeed in the hair and beauty sector. You will enhance your ability to work as part of a team, learning how to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. Organisation skills will also be a key component of the course, enabling you to manage tasks and appointments in a busy salon environment. Additionally, the course will explore the importance of a professional attitude and the soft skills required to excel in customer service, such as adaptability, reliability, and time management.

Entry Requirements

This course is an Entry or Level 1 accredited qualification within the hair and beauty sector. To complete the course, students are required to have a minimum of Entry 3 in English. This ensures you have the necessary language skills to effectively engage with course content and communicate within the workplace.
